We are looking for an experienced Lead Man - Underground Pipe to join our team on a Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Miramar Beach, FL.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct underground pipe crews in the field Assist with daily planning, layout, and production Read and understand plans, specifications, and utility drawings Ensure pipe installation is completed correctly and according to grade Assist with excavation, bedding, installation, backfilling, and testing Coordinate with equipment operators, laborers, and other trades Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work area Communicate daily progress and issues to the Foreman/Superintendent Help ensure work meets quality and project specifications

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with underground utility/pipe installation Wastewater, water, sewer, or treatment plant experience preferred Strong knowledge of underground piping, grades, elevations, and fittings Ability to read construction plans and use a laser/transit Experience directing a small crew Strong communication and leadership skills Must be dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred
