Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Pipe Layer/Laborer, where you'll play a vital role in installing and maintaining pipeline systems across various projects. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with heavy equipment, read blueprints, and contribute to essential infrastructure development. Your hands-on expertise will help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality pipeline installations that support vital industries such as oil & gas, plumbing, and utility services. Duties Assist with the layout and installation of pipelines according to blueprints and project specifications Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and front loader trucks to dig trenches, move materials, and prepare sites Perform concrete finishing tasks and assist with concrete forming when required Use pipe lasers and utility locating tools to ensure precise pipe placement and alignment Read and interpret construction blueprints to follow project plans accurately Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, site conditions, and adhering to safety protocols at all times Requirements Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, forklifts, or front loader trucks is highly preferred Knowledge of pipe laser technology, blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and utility locating is a plus Construction site experience involving pipeline or utility installation is desirable Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks Strong understanding of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites Willingness to learn new skills such as concrete forming or specialized equipment operation This energetic role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in construction while contributing to essential infrastructure projects.
