WHAT
THIS JOB IS IN A SNAPSHOT
The Skilled Trades Crewmember is the glue of what makes our company strong. This person will have strong expert experience in at least two of the skilled trades below. These are not all the skills, but they are the main skills we are looking for. Take a second and rate yourself. 0-10. You should be level 7 or higher in at least two of these when you apply. You will be able to rate these skills when you click "Apply". If selected for an interview we will dive deeper into what you are bringing to the table. Skillset Demo Plumbing Carpentry HVAC Patching/Dry Wall Forklift Mudding/Taping Skid-steer Painting (Brush, Roll, Spray) Truck & Trailer Electrical Cleaning Commercial Doors, Frames, Hardware Installation Residential Millwork This role is hands-on, requiring flexibility to perform a variety of tasks that may change daily. The Crewmember will be responsible for traveling to multiple job sites on a weekly or sometimes daily basis to assist with tasks as needed. Key parts of this role are maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment in collaboration with site leadership and subcontractors. #

WHAT SETS YOU ABOVE
3+ years' proven experience working individually or on a crew Strong understanding of what materials are used/needed and have your own hand tools
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to work in an environment that requires a strong sense of physicality Capable of standing and walking for extended periods in various job site environments Physically able to climb ladders, bend, crouch, twist and access confined spaces as needed Able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
