Job Description

- PCSI is seeking a Pipefitter to join its Mechanical department.
- Typical shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Rate of Pay:
$52.25 per hour plus Health & Welfare (union shop), full benefits (including paid federal holidays off)Who Are We:
- PCSI is a non-profit organization and federal contractor that provides support services to hospitals, military bases, and private-sector clients throughout the United States.

- This position is part of a 5-person plumbing/pipefitting shop executing facility operations & maintenance (O&M) and repair contract, consisting of 55 buildings comprising nearly two million square feet of space and roads and grounds maintenance of approximately 170 acres on a military installation.
- Qualifications
- + High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- + Knowledge of boiler operation, gas/fuel delivery systems, feedwater systems, condensate systems, and steam distribution networks.
- Working Conditions
- + Successfully pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and motor vehicle report.

- Experience
- Required
- + 3 years: Minimum 3 years' experience maintaining and repairing one or more of the following systems: chilled water, steam, hot water, or natural gas distribution systems and associated mechanical equipment.
- Preferred
- + Experience working in industrial, military, government, healthcare, or campus utility plant environments preferred.
