Role:

Rise Construction LLC is looking for a talented and driven Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing team in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities:

Perform skilled trade work across construction projects according to plans, blueprints, and specifications Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations Operate and maintain trade-specific tools, equipment, and machinery Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other tradespeople on-site Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Complete tasks on schedule while upholding high workmanship standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in a skilled trade (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, or related field) Relevant trade certifications, licenses, or apprenticeship completion preferred Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Physical ability to perform demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
