Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs aligned with project specifications. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites. Perform remodeling tasks such as fixture replacements or system upgrades while adhering to safety standards. Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations through thorough inspections and documentation. Collaborate with team members on construction site projects, providing handyman support or assembly assistance as needed. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for accountability and quality assurance. Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair in residential or commercial environments. Proficiency with welding techniques, pipe threading, drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, and hand/power tools. Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing systems and construction site safety protocols. Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for precise installation or repairs. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about work processes and solutions. Experience operating heavy machinery or commercial driving licenses is a plus. Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces for extended periods.
