Pipefitter

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale industrial projects, using technical skills to build and maintain critical piping systems. As a pipefitter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of piping networks while growing your expertise in an essential trade. $22 - $28 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6 AM - 4:30

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Measures, cuts, threads, and groves pipes to required specificationsInstall piping systems for industrial, commercial, and mechanical applicationsConnect pipes via welding, brazing, soldering, or threading Ensure proper pipe alignment, support, and anchoring according to specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and piping schematicsFollow detailed work instructions to meet project specifications and deadlines The essential functions of this role include: working in a smoke free environmentwearing steel toe shoesworking in a non-temperature controlled environmentmanual lifting up to 40lbsstanding for 8 hours at one timeworking up to 8 hrs of overtime per week Skills Mig (2 years of experience is required)Tig (2 years of experience is required)Stick (2 years of experience is required)Problem SolvingBlueprint Reading (2 years of experience is required)Multi-tasking Qualifications Years of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
