SEILENS LLC

is seeking experienced Welders for full-time, on-site positions in Taylor, Texas . The Welder will be responsible for performing welding, fabrication, and related construction work in an industrial environment. This position requires hands-on field work and close coordination with supervisors and other field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication work on piping, structural components, and related materials. Prepare, fit, align, and weld components according to project requirements. Read and interpret drawings, plans, specifications, and welding requirements. Inspect welds and completed work for proper quality and compliance with project specifications. Safely operate welding machines, hand tools, power tools, and other related equipment. Follow established welding procedures and project quality requirements. Follow all company and job-site safety policies and procedures. Coordinate with supervisors, pipefitters, and other field personnel to complete assigned work safely and efficiently. Identify and report field issues, material shortages, equipment issues, and safety concerns. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Qualifications Previous experience as a Welder, Pipe Welder, or in a related industrial/construction welding position preferred. Industrial or commercial construction experience preferred. Knowledge of welding techniques, fabrication, fitting, and related tools and equipment. Ability to read and interpret drawings and project specifications. Knowledge of construction-site safety practices. Ability to perform quality welding work according to project requirements. Ability to perform physical work in an active construction environment, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and working in varied outdoor conditions. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to communicate in both Korean and English is required for effective coordination with Korean-speaking field personnel and English-speaking project teams.
