Pipeline Worker

Job Overview Join our team as a Pipeline Worker. This role offers an opportunity to work with heavy equipment, perform precise excavation, and support pipeline installation projects. Your expertise will help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality pipeline systems that will serve the City of Chandler . We're looking for motivated individuals eager to contribute to large-scale infrastructure project. Responsibilities Operate heavy machinery such as loaders, backhoes, excavators, and front loader to excavate trenches, move materials, and prepare sites for pipeline installation. Perform concrete finishing tasks and assist with concrete forming when required to support pipeline supports or related structures. Conduct utility locating to identify existing underground utilities and prevent damage during excavation activities. Use pipe lasers and other precision tools to align pipelines accurately during installation processes. Support plumbing and pipeline installation efforts by assisting with trenching, pipe fitting, and connection tasks on-site. Operate forklifts and front loader trucks safely to transport materials around the construction site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all safety protocols throughout each phase of the project. Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with pipelines or utility projects is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in heavy equipment operation including loader, backhoe, excavator, forklift, and front loader truck. Familiarity with concrete finishing techniques, welding procedures, and concrete forming is advantageous. Experience in utility locating using specialized tools such as pipe lasers or underground detection devices. Strong understanding of safety practices related to general construction environments. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and quality standards.
