Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Service Technician Assistant and play a vital role in maintaining and servicing and installing propane systems. This energetic position offers the opportunity to develop technical skills while supporting the installation, repair, and routine maintenance of propane systems . You will work closely with experienced technicians daily to install, maintain, repair and remove propane tanks/systems. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in the propane industry. Responsibilities Assist to install propane tanks, monitors, underground line to a home/business. This will require heavy lifting, loading and unloading of tanks using a crane/wench. Physical labor to assist with digging trenches for propane lines, assisting with gathering tools and equipment at a customer site when needed. Experience A valid drivers license is required. No prior propane experience is required but it would be helpful. Must be able to closely follow instructions provided by the technician that you will be assisting. Must be able to pass a back ground screen and drug and alcohol testing. This role offers an exciting pathway into the propane industry with opportunities for growth while ensuring our customers remain safe and well served in the greater Ellijay area.
