Tank Station Operator

Primary purpose: Responsible for the safe and efficient operations and maintenance of equipment within the assigned crude oil tank farm.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Surveillance, operations and maintenance of crude oil facilities including tanks, pumps and valves. Follow all EHS procedures and practices Be able to identify safety hazards Maintain good standing with all required training Participate in pipeline public awareness programs and emergency drills Respond to emergencies such as spills, outages, power failures, etc. Launch and receive pipeline scraper pigs Maintain, repair, and operate valves and pumps Assist with regulatory audits Regular and predictable attendance. Other duties as assigned.
