Responsibilities Erect, assemble, and dismantle scaffolding structures safely according to project specifications and safety standards. Prepare surfaces and apply plaster finishes with precision, ensuring smooth and durable results. Use hand tools and power tools effectively for material installation, including drywall, fixtures, and other building components. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to follow detailed specifications accurately. Measure dimensions using tape measures, levels, and other tools to ensure proper alignment and fit of materials. Collaborate with team members to execute remodeling projects, gutter installations, tile masonry work, and other building tasks. Conduct inspections of work sites for safety compliance, quality assurance, and adherence to blueprint specifications. Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a focus on plastering, scaffolding, or related trades.
