Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stucco Laborer with a valid drivers license to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the application of stucco finishes on various building exteriors and interiors. This inculding going to pick up materials need for the job and deliver them to the job site. Your expertise will contribute to creating durable, aesthetically pleasing surfaces that meet project specifications and safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in masonry, plastering, and construction site operations while working on diverse projects that challenge and inspire. Duties able to drive to vendor locations to pick up materials needed to keep the jobs moving. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer to ensure proper adhesion of stucco materials. Mix and apply stucco mixes according to project specifications, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist with rebar installation and concrete forming to support structural integrity during finishing processes. Use hand tools and power tools to apply, smooth, and finish stucco surfaces efficiently. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute work. Build masonry structures such as stone masonry, bricklaying, or decorative features as needed for restoration or new construction projects. Follow safety protocols rigorously, including the use of scaffolding, heavy equipment operation, and proper handling of building materials. Skills Have a Valid drivers license Strong knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Experience with masonry techniques including stone masonry, bricklaying, mortar work, and concrete finishing. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment related to masonry work. Familiarity with building material installation such as metal stud framing, trim carpentry, roofing, caulking, and tile laying. Ability to perform rebar installation and concrete masonry tasks with precision. Knowledge of safety protocols specific to construction sites involving scaffolding, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials.
