Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Stucco Applicator with 5+ years of experience and expertise in smooth application and texture finishes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to operate lifts and booms, work safely on scaffolding, and deliver top-quality results on exterior surfaces.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces by pressure cleaning and applying primers for proper adhesion Mix and apply stucco for scratch, brown, and finish coats Execute both smooth and textured applications to meet project specifications Use hand and power tools effectively for troweling, finishing, and texturing Operate lifts, booms, and scaffolding safely Maintain job site safety and cleanliness Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and project quality
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in stucco application Skilled in scratch, brown, and finish coats, including smooth and texture applications Comfortable using hand tools and power tools, lifts, and scaffolding Knowledge of construction safety protocols and proper PPE use Strong attention to detail and takes pride in quality workmanship
Expected Hours:
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week Hours may vary depending on project schedules.
