In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster and related materials to interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. Your expertise will contribute to the durability, aesthetics, and overall integrity of various building projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse renovation, restoration, and new construction projects, utilizing your technical skills and passion for craftsmanship. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion of plaster materials Mix plaster compounds accurately according to project specifications and safety standards Apply plaster, stucco, or other finishing materials smoothly and evenly on walls, ceilings, and exterior facades Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for each project phase Install building materials such as metal studs, framing components, or masonry units as needed for finishing work Use hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and install materials with precision Follow safety protocols diligently while operating heavy equipment or working at heights on scaffolding or ladders Skills Plastering levels 3 and 4 (standardized finish grades for gypsum board and plaster surfaces) required Extensive experience in plastering, stucco application, and concrete finishing techniques such as Easy Sand and various plaster compound Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely and efficiently Familiarity with building material installation such as metal stud framing and framing carpentry Experience with renovation projects and restoration work that require precision craftsmanship Understanding of safety protocols on construction sites including scaffold building and heavy equipment operation Join our team to build exceptional structures with a focus on quality craftsmanship!
