In this energetic role, you will assist in the construction and installation of durable, aesthetically pleasing hardscaping features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including grading and layout according to technical drawings and plans Operate hand tools and power tools safely to install pavers, bricks, stonework, concrete forms, and other hardscape materials Support the installation of building materials such as retaining walls, patios, walkways, and outdoor features Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment on all outdoor projects Collaborate with team members on heavy equipment operation for lifting and positioning large materials Assist in site cleanup and material handling to maintain an organized and efficient work area Experience Prior construction experience with a focus on hardscaping or outdoor projects Familiarity with building construction, concrete forming, drywall installation, stucco, caulking, plastering, or flooring installation is advantageous Experience operating heavy equipment such as skid steers or mini excavators is a plus Basic understanding of electrical or plumbing systems related to outdoor features can be beneficial but is not mandatory

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 50.0 per week
