Installer for pools, hardscapes, lawn maintence

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Installer to join our dynamic team, specializing in pools, hardscapes, and lawn maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-quality outdoor features that transform landscapes into beautiful, functional spaces. Your expertise will help clients enjoy their outdoor environments to the fullest. Responsibilities Install pools, including plumbing, electrical connections, and structural components, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications Construct hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and fire pits using concrete forming, masonry, and fabrication techniques Perform lawn maintenance tasks including grading, seeding, fertilizing, and landscape enhancement to promote healthy growth Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely for excavation, concrete finishing, and site preparation Read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute installation plans for various outdoor features Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to construction plans and safety regulations Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects involving carpentry, roofing, stucco application, glass installation, cabinet installation, and other finish work Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation for complex outdoor construction projects Experience with construction management principles and estimating processes to ensure efficient project execution Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools necessary for installation tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, and concrete finishing Knowledge of plumbing systems and electrical wiring relevant to pool installations and outdoor lighting setups Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites while maintaining situational awareness Familiarity with construction inspection procedures to verify quality standards are met throughout each phase of work Strong understanding of schematics related to hardscape fabrication and glass or cabinet installation processes Experience in restoration work or remodeling projects involving framing carpentry or drywall finishing is a plus Join our team if you're passionate about creating exceptional outdoor spaces!
