Bloomington, MN Job Details Full-time $25 - $35 an hour 23 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work experience Moving Coating Plastering English Driver's License Materials handling Full Job Description Job Summary Superior Stucco is looking for an experienced Stucco Laborer or Stucco Plasterer to join our established crew working throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Previous hands-on stucco experience is required. We are looking for someone who already understands stucco work and can contribute to the crew without needing to be trained from the ground up. We are open to different skill levels within the stucco trade. You do not need to be a lead plasterer—we are interested in both experienced stucco laborers and experienced plasterers/applicators . Pay will be based on experience and demonstrated skill level. Our work includes residential and commercial stucco projects, including new construction, additions/remodels, repairs, restoration, and other exterior stucco work. Responsibilities Mix stucco, mortar, and related materials to the proper consistency Prepare walls and work areas for stucco installation Install building paper/WRB, metal lath, stucco accessories, and related components depending on experience Assist with or apply scratch and brown coats Assist with or apply stucco finish coats and textures Perform stucco repairs, patches, and tie-ins Set up, move, and dismantle scaffolding Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow job-site safety procedures Work efficiently with the crew while maintaining Superior Stucco's quality standards Requirements Previous hands-on stucco experience is required Valid driver's license is required Reliable transportation to and from job sites is required Must be able to lift and carry heavy construction materials, including bags weighing up to approximately 100 lbs. Must be comfortable working from ladders and scaffolding and at varying heights Must be dependable and consistently arrive on time Must be able to communicate effectively in English for job-site coordination and safety Must be willing to work outdoors in varying Minnesota weather conditions Must take pride in workmanship and care about doing the job correctly Must be able to work effectively as part of an established crew Experience We are looking for candidates with previous professional stucco experience.
