SET YOUR OWN SCHEDULE

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Estimate job costs based on hourly rates. Schedule all jobs and bids Maintain good communication with clients and HOME Program Staff Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, plaster repair, sanding, wallpaper removal. Have your own equipment and transportation.

QUALIFICATIONS

A thorough knowledge of the standard practices, materials and tools used in the painting trade. 2-3 years' experience in the construction/painting field preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

Work in the cities of:

Minneapolis, New Hope, Crystal, St. Louis Pk., Bloomington, Richfield, Minnetonka, Maple Grove, Plymouth, Brooklyn Park, and throughout Hennepin County.
