  • Historical Restoration RJB Masonry is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our masonry and historical restoration crew.
We specialize in restoring and repairing older masonry structures while also performing modern masonry, concrete, foundation, and waterproofing work. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person who shows up consistently, works hard, and is willing to learn. Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with historical masonry restoration and repair
  • Tuckpointing and mortar joint removal
  • Brick and stone removal/replacement
  • Mixing mortar, concrete, stucco, and restoration materials
  • Historical plaster and stucco repairs
  • Foundation and basement repairs
  • Waterproofing and water-intrusion repairs
  • Concrete demolition, preparation, placement, and repair
  • Setting up and working from scaffolding and ladders
  • Operating grinders, rotary hammers, demo hammers, mixers, and other masonry tools
  • Loading/unloading materials and maintaining an organized jobsite
  • Protecting customers' homes and property during construction
  • Following jobsite and equipment safety procedures What We're Looking For We want someone who is reliable, teachable, productive, and takes pride in their work.
You must be comfortable performing physical construction work, lifting masonry materials, working outdoors, and working from ladders or scaffolding. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are strongly preferred. Historical restoration experience is a plus, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are more important than knowing everything on day one. What We Don't Want We're not looking for someone who needs to be constantly pushed to work. Showing up late, excessive phone use, disappearing from work, unsafe behavior, or consistently poor workmanship will not work with our crew. Opportunity RJB Masonry is a small company where your effort matters. Someone who becomes dependable and learns the trade can take on increasingly skilled work and greater responsibility as the company grows.
