In this role, you will lead and execute comprehensive building restoration projects, ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will be vital in transforming outdated or damaged structures into safe, functional, and aesthetically appealing spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your deep knowledge of building materials, techniques, and industry best practices to deliver outstanding results. Duties Manage and oversee all phases of building renovation projects, including demolition, structural repairs, and finish work Coordinate with construction teams to ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols Perform skilled tasks such as carpentry, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, window installation, door hanging, masonry work, and trim carpentry Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities Install and repair building materials such as caulking, hardscape elements, electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and building insulation Conduct construction management activities including estimating costs, reviewing construction plans, and inspecting ongoing work for quality assurance Ensure compliance with safety standards by adhering to all safety protocols during outdoor work and indoor rehabilitation efforts Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately to guide construction processes and modifications Skills Proven experience in building rehabilitation projects within construction environments Strong knowledge of construction management principles and estimating techniques Expertise in construction inspection to ensure quality control throughout project phases Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, masonry tools, tile cutters, caulking guns, and other essential equipment Experience with window installation, door hanging, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, trim carpentry, and hardscape installation Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites Electrical experience for troubleshooting wiring issues during renovations Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately Outdoor work experience handling remodeling projects in various weather conditions Knowledge of safety protocols specific to construction site environments Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us in revitalizing buildings across by applying your expertise in rehabilitation!
