Job Summary We are seeking skilled tradesmen to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of technical expertise across various trades, including carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work. This role involves working on diverse construction projects, from new builds to restoration and remodeling, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Candidates should be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics, operating power tools and heavy equipment, and working effectively on construction sites. Responsibilities Perform a variety of skilled tasks across multiple trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and concrete finishing. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim carpentry elements, stucco, glass, and other fixtures with precision. Conduct construction inspection to ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements. Manage construction site activities including layout, framing, demolition, restoration work, and heavy equipment operation as needed. Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks; apply caulking and plastering techniques; fabricate custom components when required. Assist in project estimation by contributing to construction management and estimating processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry (including framing and trim), masonry (including bricklaying), roofing, electrical work (including schematics reading), plumbing (including pipe fitting), welding, flooring installation (tile or hardwood), concrete finishing or forming. Prior experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety procedures is essential. Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematic interpretation is highly desirable. Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely is required. Experience in restoration or remodeling projects is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high-quality standards.
