Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remodeler to join our team and bring transformative visions to life across a variety of construction projects. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive renovation and restoration tasks, ensuring that each project meets high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing your expertise in building material installation, carpentry, and remodeling techniques to create stunning, functional spaces. Your hands-on skills and dedication will play a vital role in revitalizing properties and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute remodeling projects accurately. Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and finish carpentry with precision. Install windows, cabinets, flooring, tile, stucco, plastering, and other building materials to enhance aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate efficient project completion. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout each phase of work. Manage the installation of electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, caulking, masonry elements, hardscape features, and other specialized tasks. Collaborate with construction management teams to review construction plans and provide accurate estimates for remodeling projects. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering strictly to safety protocols during outdoor work and indoor renovations. Fabricate custom components as needed for restoration or renovation projects using appropriate tools and techniques. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project specifications are met or exceeded. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial remodeling projects with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse skills in building construction and material installation. Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and construction plans. Hands-on experience with carpentry—including trim carpentry—and masonry work such as stucco and bricklaying. Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, ladders, and heavy equipment safely on various job sites. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. Knowledge of safety protocols specific to outdoor work environments and indoor renovation sites. Experience working with building codes, permits, and inspection requirements relevant to remodeling activities. Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
