Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stucco and Lathe Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of stucco, lath, and related masonry work on various residential and commercial projects. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will contribute to the successful completion of building exteriors, restoration projects, and renovation efforts. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in masonry, carpentry, and construction techniques while working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship. Duties Assist with the installation of stucco, lath, and plastering materials according to project specifications and blueprints Set up scaffolding, ladders, and other heavy equipment safely to access work areas at heights or hard-to-reach locations Operate hand tools and power tools such as trowels, mixers, drills, and saws to complete tasks efficiently Follow all safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA standards Interpret construction plans and schematics to ensure accurate material placement and alignment during installation Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on masonry, stucco, or related trades Knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings or schematics Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, finishing, or masonry scaffold building is highly desirable Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and effectively Familiarity with building materials such as concrete, mortar mixes, stone masonry units, metal studs, and trim carpentry components Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites including fall protection and hazard awareness Ability to interpret construction plans accurately for renovation or new build projects Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques in plastering, tile laying, roofing or restoration work Join us if you're eager to build your expertise in stucco application and masonry while contributing to high-quality construction projects.
