Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Painter for a single project with potential for future assignments. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion Use hand tools, paint sprayers (including airless spray equipment), brushes, and rollers to apply coatings efficiently and evenly Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and surface specifications to execute projects accurately Perform construction site surface preparation tasks such as plastering, drywall finishing, caulking, and masonry work as needed Apply various types of paint including residential, commercial, industrial, and structural coatings using appropriate techniques like conventional spraying or brush painting Maintain strict adherence to safety regulations by using respiratory protection, following safety protocols, and operating power tools responsibly Conduct visual color comparisons to match specified hues and ensure consistency across surfaces Complete touch-ups and restoration work to meet quality standards and client expectations Skills Popcorn ceiling removal a plus caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and masonry work Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless), and conventional spray equipment effectively Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and proper use of respiratory protection equipment Experience with construction estimating processes and basic math skills for measuring areas and calculating materials needed Knowledge of fixture installation, restoration techniques, maintenance tasks, and handyman skills beneficial for comprehensive project support Join us to bring vibrant transformations to life!
