Your expertise will ensure that sewer, drain, and plumbing systems operate smoothly, providing safe and reliable infrastructure. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment, contributing to high-quality construction projects while advancing your career in the trades. Install, repair, and maintain sewer lines, drains, and plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications. Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and welding tasks to ensure secure connections and leak-free systems. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems on construction sites to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Assist with remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures. Operate heavy machinery and vehicles for transportation of materials or equipment on-site as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks, including heavy lifting, working at heights, or confined spaces. Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques and materials. Experience with construction site operations and understanding of building codes. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings accurately. Mechanical aptitude with a solid understanding of HVAC systems related to plumbing. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work. Familiarity with carpentry, remodeling processes, and handyman tasks to support diverse project needs. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment. Capable of heavy lifting and performing physically demanding tasks safely.
