Job Overview Always Plumbing 24/7 is hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber who can confidently diagnose problems, complete repairs, and handle residential and commercial service work with limited supervision. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can properly diagnose a plumbing issue instead of simply replacing parts. Our work includes residential and commercial service, drain and sewer work, hydro-jetting, camera inspections, water heaters, water and sewer line repairs, repiping, fixture installation, gas piping, and larger repair projects. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing problems. Perform water, drain, sewer, and gas piping repairs and installations. Install and replace water heaters, toilets, faucets, valves, PRVs, fixtures, and related equipment. Diagnose drain and sewer problems and determine appropriate repair methods. Perform or oversee hydro-jetting and sewer camera inspections. Read job information and determine necessary materials and repair procedures. Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly. Complete work efficiently while maintaining professional workmanship. Follow plumbing codes and jobsite safety requirements. Properly document work performed, materials used, and job findings. Work independently as well as alongside apprentices and other technicians Follow plumbing codes and jobsite safety requirements Qualifications Current journeyman plumbing license preferred/required as applicable. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately. Experience with carpentry and remodeling projects is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations. Previous experience in maintenance person services or maintenance roles is advantageous. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Valid commercial driving license may be required depending on job assignments. Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting and working in various environmental conditions.
