Duties Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately Perform drain cleaning and pipe threading to ensure optimal system performance Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to guide installation and repairs Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to commercial driving regulations and local traffic laws Use welding skills for specialized pipe repairs or modifications when necessary Maintain plumbing system components through routine inspections and proactive repairs to prevent future issues Assist with remodeling projects by applying carpentry skills and handyman experience to ensure seamless integration of plumbing systems Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, construction site procedures, and the use of mechanical tools Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing projects Skilled in welding, pipe threading, and the use of plumbing inspection cameras Familiarity with local building codes and regulations governing residential plumbing installations Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge of water systems Ability to perform drain cleaning, system maintenance, and repair using hand tools and power tools effectively Construction site experience including remodeling or new installations in residential settings Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Valid driver's license with commercial driving certification preferred; experience operating company vehicles required Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces; basic math skills for measurements and calculations Join us in delivering reliable plumbing solutions that enhance everyday living!
