Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. While we take on a mix of work, our primary focus is on service plumbing rather than new residential construction. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems in real-world scenarios, with a strong understanding of plumbing principles and techniques applicable in service environments.

Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and repair pipes, fixtures, and appliances in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Perform service-oriented tasks such as diagnosing and fixing leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions. Use hand tools and specialized equipment efficiently to complete repairs and maintenance. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to reduce system failures. Work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced, often unpredictable service environment. Assist with remodeling and repair projects that may involve heavy lifting and manual labor. Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed for service calls. Provide outstanding customer service and ensure client satisfaction with every job.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong background in service plumbing, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. Proficiency in pipe threading and other essential plumbing techniques. Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and working in confined spaces. Familiarity with hand tools and industry-specific diagnostic equipment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Understanding of HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent service calls.

Job Details:

Focus:

Primarily service plumbing , with some residential and light commercial work

Salary Range:

$80,000 to $250,000 per year , based on experience

Sign-on Bonus:

Up to $1,000 after 6 months, based on experience
