This pivotal role involves supporting the founders and leadership in daily operations, sales and sales support, overseeing product activities, and ensuring smooth coordination across all departments. Warehouse and product management by providing guidance , safety standards, and operational procedures. Acquiring, meeting and maintaining new dealers as a representative of Bajamate. Coordinate manual handling activities involving shipping and material transport Implement safety protocols. Support the development of overall company growth and expansion. Manage inventory of stock, shipping supplies and more. Contribute to strategic planning for sales and new initiatives, or operational improvements.

Requirements Proven supervising experience. Ability to perform manual tasks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a quickly expanding startup environment.
