Responsibilities Perform comprehensive plumbing system inspections using cameras and technical drawings to diagnose issues accurately. Repair and maintain residential water systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and sump pumps, adhering to local building codes. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing system maintenance techniques to complete repairs efficiently. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and restore proper flow. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for remodeling projects or new installations on residential sites. Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites. Collaborate with clients by providing clear explanations of work performed and offering maintenance advice for long-term system health. Experience Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing projects. Hands-on experience with plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning tools, and power tools. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to residential plumbing systems. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans. Strong background in plumbing system maintenance and repair within residential or commercial settings. Experience with remodeling projects or handyman work is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
