Honest Plumbing and Air is looking for an experienced plumber to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional with 5+ years of residential plumbing experience who is confident diagnosing plumbing issues, communicating with customers, and recommending the right repair or replacement options. Strong sales and customer-service skills are important. HVAC experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Perform Plumbing Maintenance Services for Contract Customers Perform water heater, drain, sewer, and fixture repairs Explain problems and solutions clearly to customers Prepare estimates and recommend needed services Maintain a professional appearance and clean work area Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Sales-minded and comfortable presenting options Reliable, motivated, and professional HVAC knowledge is a plus Valid driver's license and dependable transportation We offer competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a great team environment.
