Are you tired of waiting around for calls? We are extremely busy with on-demand residential plumbing work and are hiring immediately for the Phoenix and/or Surrounding area. Apply in person today and, once approved and onboarded, you could begin running calls within days. This position is for experienced residential service plumbers only. Applicants must have at least three years of verifiable experience in residential service and repair plumbing. As a Residential Plumbing Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential plumbing and drain systems while delivering a professional experience to every homeowner. You'll be responsible for identifying plumbing issues, clearly explaining repair options, completing quality work, and ensuring all services meet company standards and local plumbing codes. We're looking for a skilled, motivated problem-solver who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to continue growing in the trade. There are no games, confusing commission formulas, or watered-down pay plans. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues — leaks, water heaters, fixtures, re-pipes, and more Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and camera inspections Present clear, upfront pricing to customers — no high-pressure sales, just honest recommendations Complete accurate job documentation, photos, and invoicing in the field via our dispatch software Represent the Dam Right brand professionally — clean truck, sharp uniform, respectful of the customer's home Requirements 3+ years of residential plumbing experience preferred (journeyman or equivalent field experience) Valid driver's license Strong communicator — comfortable explaining options to homeowners without talking down to them Passes background check and drug screeningJoin us to build a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
