• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working directly with homeowners and clients in a one-on-one setting
• Manual dexterity and proficiency with plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
• Mathematical aptitude for measurements, calculations, and basic troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize service calls without direct supervision
• Willingness to continue training, stay current with industry standards, and pursue relevant certifications
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Essential Job Duties
• Working, successfully performing plumbing functions to residents and commercial facilities per Plumbing Code
• All customer and employee communication performed on company cell phone only
• Follow all safety procedures and report any unsafe acts OR injuries on site to immediate supervisor and HR
• Company Van prohibited to take home without prior authorization
• Service reports completed in SSO throughout the day on company provided phone; mandatory to obtain signature for: o Entry "prior" to service, rate verification and job completed, no exceptions o Before & After photos for every service, no exceptions
• Clock in and out daily on TSheets
• Price out all material for work orders and quotes with accurate WO numbers and communication
• Material pulled from inventory must have form filled out or disciplinary violation
• Diagnose customer issues and offer options for repairs or replacement
• Turn in material orders with accurate WO numbers by 1:30pm, no exceptions
• Quotes turned in with daily paperwork to be followed up in office
• Submit all receipts (include the job #) for any purchases made on behalf of the Company to Accounts Payable
• Maintenance of vehicle - Jiffy lube oil changes, report all incidents or issues with vehicle - Keep in vehicle Grab & Go Safety Packet
• At all times represent Company in professional manner on/off job
• This position will perform nonrestrictive "on call" per schedule. Changes allowed, advise supervisor
• Adhere to the company's Confidentiality Agreement, no exceptions Adhere to all handbook policies;
• Recruits new technicians for growth of department and train technicians as required
• Train apprentice daily as assigned and advise if any concerns to Service Coordinator or supervisor
• Review technicians' work to ensure quality meets established standards, techniques, and safety o Make recommendations to improve quality and productivity
• Attend all service meetings as scheduled
• Assist in operating and safety procedures for equipment (Jetter) and working conditions
• Perform other related duties or tasks assigned
• Attend job walks if requested
• Keep all job area clean/free from accident exposure
• Adhere to all employee handbook policies
• Adhere to procedures in Service Manual
• Attend required safety classes
• Safety Classes completed in timely manner as instructed by HR, no exceptions o OSHA 10 is mandatory
• Assist with special projects as needed
