Flow Pro Plumbers is family-owned and operated with big-company systems and small-company values . Everyone on our team treats plumbing as a career, not just a job — and the last person in this exact seat was just promoted to Service Manager . That's the kind of shop this is. As we grow, you grow. What you'll do: Run residential service and repair start to finish — water heaters, repipes, fixtures, drains Work our sewer division: drain servicing, sewer installs and replacements — we'll train you on pipe bursting Be the technical go-to for newer installers and lead multi-day projects Own the customer experience: confirm scope, set expectations, run walkthroughs, collect signatures and payment Document jobs in ServiceTitan (experience preferred — we'll train the right person) What we're looking for: 3-5+ years of residential service/repair plumbing experience Pride in your craft — your work looks right even where nobody will ever see it A natural leader who enjoys teaching and stays calm when a job gets messy English speaking, legally authorized to work in the U.S., valid driver's license (DOL company truck provided; clean record preferred) Nice to have: sewer/excavation experience, pipe bursting, camera/locating, ServiceTitan.
