Compensation & Benefits $25-$40 per hour (DOE) Uncapped commission opportunities High earning potential for motivated technicians Full-time, year-round work Opportunities for advancement as the company continues to grow Supportive team environment What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems Perform service, maintenance, and repair of plumbing fixtures and piping Troubleshoot leaks, drain stoppages, water pressure issues, and other plumbing problems Perform drain cleaning and basic sewer diagnostics Repair and replace water heaters and related plumbing components Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners Deliver outstanding customer service on every call Accurately document work performed, materials used, and job notes Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and professional appearance Work with home warranty providers, including American Home Shield (AHS), and insurance-related service calls Qualifications Residential service plumbing experience is required Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience repairing residential plumbing systems Experience with home warranty companies (especially American Home Shield) is highly preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and efficiently Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to pass a background check We're Looking for Someone Who Takes pride in doing the job right the first time Diagnoses problems instead of simply replacing parts Enjoys working directly with homeowners Communicates clearly and professionally Is self-motivated and driven by performance-based earnings Wants to build a long-term career with a company that's growing Why Pure Pro Plumbing?
