Job Description
Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a statewide provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects. We deliver excellence in commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated dispatch team. We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations. Schedule Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday First Shift Overtime available but not guaranteed Responsibilities Provide professional, customer-focused service Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department Requirements Minimum of four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience Valid driver license with the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a motor vehicle background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication About the Company Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a commercial service and construction company with over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality electrical and plumbing solutions across California and other states.
