Full Job Description Lead Plumber Pay:

$38 - $48 per hour, based on experience, plus earned profit sharing

Full Time Overview This opportunity is for an experienced plumbing leader ready to take ownership of daily operations across residential and light commercial projects in Southern California. Lead crews, run jobs independently, pull permits, manage inspections, and help build team and trade capacity. The role offers direct autonomy in the field, with an earned path to division profit sharing based on growth and performance.
