Red Lilly Plumbing is seeking a skilled and motivated Service & Repair Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a versatile technician with strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent customer service skills, and confidence in presenting repair recommendations and pricing to homeowners. This role requires a professional who is courteous, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding workmanship and customer satisfaction on every job. Key Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair calls Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures in accordance with local plumbing codes Conduct system inspections to identify leaks, clogs, and other plumbing concerns Read and interpret schematics and job specifications for troubleshooting Communicate clearly with clients, including presenting pricing and explaining recommended work Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment Handle heavy lifting and transport tools, materials, and equipment as needed Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in residential plumbing service and repair Strong working knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment, including: Drain machines/rooters ProPress systems Sewer cameras Saws and hand tools Tablets, phones, and digital job documentation tools Ability to assemble and disassemble plumbing components efficiently Familiarity with ServiceTitan Mobile App is preferred Strong independent work ethic with the ability to collaborate as part of a team Previous experience in general maintenance or other skilled trades is a plus
