Full-Time, Day Shift Overview Rooter Hero is seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Technician to join our growing team in La Habra, CA. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service. Our technicians are the backbone of our operation, and we provide the tools, support, and growth opportunities needed to build a long-term career in plumbing. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on piping, fixtures, and plumbing equipment Identify issues efficiently and recommend appropriate solutions Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs, and recommendations Maintain accurate service documentation and job records Follow safety standards, building codes, and company procedures Represent Rooter Hero professionally at all job sites Requirements Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience Nice to Have Experience with ServiceTitan Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance PTO 401(k) Retirement Plan Growth & Advancement Opportunities
