Job Description

M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton. We maintain and repair commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the

Peninsula:

office buildings, retail, and industrial sites for property managers and national facility groups. We're not a big-crew outfit. Our engineers and technicians work with a full maintenance team behind them, and they're trusted to solve the problem in front of them without waiting on a project manager.

THE WORK

Commercial plumbing service and repair: drains, fixtures, water heaters, backflow, leaks, and the calls that come in at the wrong hour. Commercial properties across the Bay Area, not residential service. You'll run calls start to finish across a portfolio of buildings.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Commercial plumbing service experience. Drain clearing and camera work. Water heater and fixture repair and replacement. Your own hand tools.

NICE TO HAVE

Backflow certification. Hydro-jetting. Medical gas. C-36 experience.
