We are looking for someone with strong hands-on skills who can take initiative, work independently, and become a dependable leader on commercial and residential plumbing projects. Responsibilities Lead and assist with commercial plumbing projects Solder copper pipe and fittings Use ProPress systems for pipe installation and connections Perform residential repiping projects Install and replace water heaters Install toilets, sinks, urinals, and other plumbing fixtures Troubleshoot and identify plumbing issues Complete work safely, efficiently, and to a high standard Maintain a clean and professional work environment Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and project leadership Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure work is completed properly Qualifications 2-4 years of plumbing experience preferred Strong knowledge of basic plumbing installation and repair Experience with soldering and ProPress preferred Comfortable working on both commercial and residential projects Able to work independently and take direction when needed Reliable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Good communication and problem-solving skills No plumbing certifications required What We're Looking For We're looking for more than someone who can simply complete plumbing tasks.
