We are a service and repair plumbing company based in Rancho Cucamonga. Our current workload includes service work for property-management clients and apartment communities , along with residential service calls. As we continue to grow, we are actively expanding our residential service division. We are looking for someone who can confidently run their own service calls, properly diagnose plumbing problems, explain findings and recommended solutions, and complete quality repairs from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and repair residential and property-management plumbing issues Perform drain cleaning and common sewer and drain repairs Repair and replace water heaters, toilets, faucets, fixtures, garbage disposals, valves, and other plumbing components Perform sewer camera inspections, hydro jetting, and other service work when qualified Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and office staff Explain plumbing problems and provide appropriate repair options Complete accurate job documentation and before-and-after photos Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle and work area Treat customers and their property with respect Take ownership of service calls from diagnosis through completion

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience operating your own plumbing service truck or van Strong service and repair plumbing experience Experience operating your own plumbing service truck or van Ability to diagnose and complete common plumbing repairs independently Strong communication and customer-service skills Valid California driver's license Acceptable driving record Dependable, professional, and able to work well with a team We want a professional service plumber who can properly diagnose a problem, communicate honestly with the customer, recommend the right solutions, and perform quality work. Peli Plumbing is continuing to build its residential service business while taking care of our established property-management clients.
