Must have a proven track record with performing and managing service calls, repairs, and retrofits. New construction experience is helpful but not necessary. Must be a self-starter, problem solver, and be able to work on your own. A company van will be provided. There will be an hourly rate, commissions, vacation pay,. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a company that keeps busy throughout Northern San Diego County. I'm looking for a confident, experienced person who has already worked their way up through the ranks but doesn't mind still getting their hands dirty and will handle the field while everything else is provided to them for a successful work atmosphere.
