Full Job Description Drain Technician Location:
Denver Metro Area.
Schedule:
Full-time, must be willing to work weekends.
Compensation:
Short training period followed by commission-based pay. Commission range is based on performance and can range from $65,000 to over $100,000 annually . Mr. Rooter Plumbing is looking for a Drain Technician to join our growing team. We serve customers throughout the Denver metro area and Northern Colorado, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service. The right candidate will have previous experience clearing drain stoppages, a great attitude, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to confidently diagnose drain issues and recommend the best solutions for our customers. Responsibilities Locate, diagnose, and clear blockages in drain lines using drain cleaning equipment. Evaluate what services would be in the customer's best interests and make recommendations. Install and repair cleanouts, connections, and related fittings to code. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers. Provide options and recommendations based on the customer's needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Properly maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment, and report any repair or replacement needs. Follow company procedures, safety standards, and local plumbing codes. Be available to work weekends as needed. Travel to jobs throughout the Denver metro area and/or Northern Colorado. Qualifications Previous experience as a sewer/drain technician preferred. Strong ability to troubleshoot and diagnose drain problems. Proficiency with drain cleaning machines, hydro-jetters, sewer cameras, and line-locating equipment. Good communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team. Reliable, professional, and self-motivated. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred.
