Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman or Master Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse plumbing projects across residential, commercial sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in compliance with all local building codes and safety regulations. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, contributing to the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, gas piping systems, and appliances in residential and commercial buildings. Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform pipe threading, pipe installation and assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on existing plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with building codes. Adhere to all safety regulations and construction site protocols while performing tasks such as heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met on time and within scope. Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, schematics updates, and compliance records. Requirements Proven experience as a Journeyman or Master Plumber with construction site experience in residential or commercial settings. Strong knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building codes, mechanical knowledge, and safety regulations. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings accurately. Skilled in pipe threading, pipe installation, welding (including gas piping systems), and the use of hand tools and power tools. Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), remodeling projects, handyman tasks, and system troubleshooting. Knowledge of construction plumbing standards including schematics interpretation and building code compliance. Valid driver's license for commercial driving where applicable; experience with construction site logistics is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations; carpentry skills are advantageous for framing or structural adjustments. Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike.
