Residential Plumber

Duties Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects efficiently Conduct remodeling projects by assembling plumbing components and integrating new systems into existing structures Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites or during installation tasks Diagnose mechanical issues within plumbing systems and implement effective solutions promptly Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to ensure seamless project completion Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a solid understanding of plumbing systems in residential environments Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and schematics reading Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and general construction practices is highly desirable Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel or material transport Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support Join our team today to bring your construction expertise to life! Pay:

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
