Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drain, waste, and vent systems. Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools and materials to job sites. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently. Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to clear blockages and prevent backups. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate installation and repairs aligned with project specifications. Perform remodeling tasks involving plumbing system upgrades or modifications in existing structures. Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and best practices for construction plumbing. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing systems in residential or commercial projects. Skilled in pipe threading, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, drain cleaning equipment, and water system components. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site machinery safely. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to plumbing installation and repair. Experience in construction site work or remodeling projects is highly desirable. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and system design.
