Founded in 2015, this growing real estate development and construction services organization employs approximately 25-75 employees company-wide, with an estimated 15-30 employees supporting operations in the Denver area. The company provides real estate development, commercial construction, industrial construction, custom home construction, property improvements, and plumbing services for a broad range of clients. The Denver operation supports commercial and residential construction projects including plumbing installations, renovations, repairs, and tenant improvement projects. Clients include commercial property owners, developers, hospitality organizations, industrial companies, and private clients.

As a Journeyman Plumber, you will install, troubleshoot, and maintain plumbing systems while working alongside project managers, field leadership, and construction teams to deliver quality projects safely and on schedule.

ResponsibilitiesInstall, repair, and maintain commercial and residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and piping.

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.

Perform plumbing rough-in, finish work, system testing, and troubleshooting.

Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and fellow trades on active projects.

Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.

QualificationsActive Journeyman Plumber License or ability to obtain licensing reciprocity.3+ years of commercial plumbing experience.

Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.

Experience with piping systems, fixtures, drainage systems, and water distribution systems.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred QualificationsCommercial construction experience.

Multi-family construction experience.

Experience working on ground-up construction projects.

Experience leading apprentices or small crews.

Mechanical, MEP, or industrial project experience.
