Supervise plumbing crews and coordinate daily activities on active construction projects.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to ensure proper installation.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety regulations.
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients throughout project execution.
QualificationsActive Master Plumber License.5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, drainage systems, and water distribution systems.
Ability to read blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred QualificationsExperience leading plumbing crews.
Commercial construction experience.
Multi-family construction experience.
Design-build project experience.
Experience working directly with project managers and clients.
